Why I do this work
For a long time, Emma Clarke believed she had built the career she was supposed to want.
After more than a decade in recruitment, she had worked with talented professionals across industries, helping them secure roles that looked right on paper. The kind of roles people aspire to. The kind that signal success.
But over time, something didn’t sit right.
She began to notice a pattern, not just in the people she worked with, but in herself.

Behind the titles, promotions and achievements, there was often a quiet uncertainty. People questioning whether they were on the right path, feeling unfulfilled, or unsure what they really wanted next.
It was a feeling Emma recognised deeply.
Despite having a strong career, there came a point where things no longer felt aligned. The sense of direction she once had started to fade, replaced by doubt and a growing question of what came next.
That turning point led her to step back and reassess everything.
She retrained as a career transition coach so she could help others navigate that same moment, not with pressure or quick fixes, but with clarity, structure and honest guidance.
Today, Emma works with professionals at pivotal points in their careers, helping them move from uncertainty to clarity, and from hesitation to confident action.
